His goal apparently was to draw out the real Jack and force him into a duel. He repeatedly appeared in the Highway, attacking people in Riding Duels, making them crash and pining the blame on Jack. He even has a perfect copy of the Wheel of Fortune, Jack's D-Wheel. His personality is that of Jack's back then when he was King - arrogant and full of himself.
